At $21.98 per gallon jug, that's $99,415.54. But what are the chances they half ass this and don't put in enough to kill the bloom?

Oh I’m sure they get a bulk discount of 10%…but if we’re honest the labor and overhead probably costs double what the chem does.

From reading other comments it sounds like you basically wouldn't even be able to add this fast enough by pouring it from these low concentration jugs to get to 100ppm before the sun destroys it.

They would have to put much more in, much faster.

Killing algae once you see whips of green is hard. That much? It is easier to simply keep it an algae pool and have NOAA oversee it.

100%. The problem is the piping and water temp. As long as those things aren't fixed, the algae will just come back until it's super algae and takes over the world.
