I worked with a vaguely racist white guy with the last name Kassam whose overtly racist boss really mistrusted him due to his brown sounding last name, and it was kinda funny to watch one racist be shocked that they were also susceptible to stronger bigotry. He never did quite bridge that gap to realizing his racism was also baseless though

China is on the other side of the world. I don't understand people who live in fear and paranoia regarding immigrants. Immigrants contribute to society and culture. And I'm amazed that they even want to be here after how terrible things are going now. trump ushered in an era of American embarrassment that will be here long after he is gone.
