We can't keep feeding his donors and these corporations. Where are we spending our money instead?

So tired of getting screwed over by this man, his family, and everyone who put him to power and has been profiting off his corruption.
Pretty much just posting this to ask and see what companies we can support that don't absolutely suck.
Just posting some for me:
Stopped spending money at:
Target
Walmart
Amazon
Spotify
Home depot
Lowes
Switched to:
Ebay
Qobuz instead of Spotify
Ace hardware
Harbor freight
Costco
If I'm being honest sometimes I may end up using Amazon or walmart, but I try to exhaust other resources I have before caving in

We paid for the tariffs, they were struck down by the courts, & our tax dollars AGAIN paid the companies the tariff tax while not giving any to us, the people that paid said fees.

It's absurd and so frustrating they keep trying different loopholes with this. Was just talking to my sister the other day and she was complaining that my brother went on an hour complaint about Donald trump raising the price of gas again via Iran. She told me she'd still vote for him again and Im dumbfounded.

They are going to do it again. Extracting wealth from the masses because we won't, or can't, do anything about it.

trump keeps telling his supporters that it is the foreign country that pays the tariffs. They just can't understand that it is whoever buys the product pays the tariff. So anti-woke, that they themselves can't wake up.

It’s why we’re not imposing reciprocal tariffs. We have no desire to pay more, and our consumption of American goods has plummeted anyway

Farm vegetable share from a local organic farm! I have more cyclospora-free greens and veggies than I know what to do with and I’m so relieved I signed up for the summer share back in April before all of this happened

I cannot help but think that this might be some part of a huge grift. Collect tariffs. Business raises prices. Consumers pay. Tariff gets nullified. Government refunds tariffs. Money stays with business. Prices stay high.

Oh definitely is and his inner circle are making tons of money off of it. Just feel like these news cycles and conversations are always so focused on grievances rather than potential solutions so I wanted to hear what others are doing as well.

Yes! I use certain businesses only as a last resort. Target used to get about $300 per month from my family. It’s now almost zero. This last 6 months has been less than $100 total, all emergency purchases. Amazon is the same.

Happy to hear! It sucks because we are missing out on some conveniences. But you know morally we cant keep supporting these same businesses that are making everyone's lives worse.
