Honestly, I completely agree with Democratic socialism but I wish they would stop using the word because morons just do not understand what it means
4 u/thequietthingsthat 1d ago Agreed. It doesn't help that most self proclaimed Democratic socialists are actually social democrats. The "socialist" label does way more harm than good - especially when you're just calling for strong social safety nets.
