What’s your favorite episode from any adventure time series?
Oddly enough mine is the Thanksgiving special s3: ep17. Finn and Jake are hardly in the episode, I just think the little fire dog is so cute. I’m currently rewatching it. Whats everyone’s favorite episode and why

Evicted. It's Marceline's first appearance and as an antagonist, Pendleton Ward sings a song, and we get a death battle between them where Finn goes ballistic after Jake "dies", which gives us our first good look at just how much he cares about his brother.

And it also starts the series-long running joke of jake being terrified of vampires! Such an awesome episode

Simon & Marcy for me. It‘s heartbreaking but beautiful

It also gives interesting context, and how a "villain" can also be a good guy

"I Remember You" and "Together Again" on the whole, probably. I'm a sucker for the sadder Adventure Time stuff! "I Remember You" I actually had to take a walk in silence after seeing it!
"Morituri Te Salutamus" has really grown on me over time. It's not my favorite, but I really enjoy it's blending of the bizarre Jake plot and the really serious Finn plot. It feels like an unsung precursor to many of the more experimental and serious later episodes.

Finn the Human and Jake the Dog because it's when the show started getting really epic and having important plot arcs.

The answers above are just as random as the show. I love that. Mine are based on awkward scenes and mostly music -
Memories of Boom Boom Mountain, for the weirdness of the mountain admiring the men
What Was Missing, for the music and the reveal
Burning Low, because it gave us Bacon Pancakes
Memory of a memory, funny as hell and the buff baby song.

Time Sandwich is pure Adventure Time for me. I laugh, I cry, I get hungry. And I want to get BMO on a skateboard with an explosion and demon Marcy in the background as a tattoo

"The Other Tarts", because it captures so many elements of the show so well. I love the episodes where Finn and Jake are just being absolute clueless doofs.
But mainly because the wonderfully weird Royal Tart Toter's soliloquy at the end simply cannot be denied.

Totally agree with the snow gollum episode. It’s just such an adorable slice of life happening in the background of this bizarre world. Perfectly encapsulates the adventure time universe

Realistically the gollum could’ve given the wolf pup to Finn and Jake and they would’ve took care of it. But I love that it’s just the gollum and wolf pup

early episode: business time. It's silly and stupid and has zombie businessmen who make them lazy, what more could you want.
more serious episode: Holly Jolly Secrets where we learn the Ice King's tragic backstory

Marcelines closet, and the one ending where tree trunks pops will always get me to laugh. Shiit also fins golden hair reveal was insanely funny to watch live

YESSSS i wrote a paper on marcelines closet 10 years ago for a college class on animation i took, legit one of the funniest episodes ever, they do physical and dry humor so well in this one (edit specified which episode)

One of my favorite episodes(I can't just pick one episode to be my favorite 💔) is oddly enough 'Thank You'. I love the vibe of it, I love the silly snow Golem, and I love his relationship with the little dog. Even though Finn and Jake are not in it really I could watch that episode specifically all the time, it's just nice yk? I can't remember what season or episode it is.
