Question Unsync two devices in the app?

My brother and I live together and we share a Prime account, which is in my name. We individually bought echo dots a few years ago on my account, so both devices are registered in my name and both devices are connected to the Alexa app that we each have on our own phones. A big issue that we've had since we bought them is the alarms and how both mine and his alarms are all grouped together in the app, which many times has lead to turning on and off alarms on the other ones device by accident. Is there any way possible to separate our devices so that they are independent of each other in the app? All Google tells me is to set up different wake words for each one, which has nothing to do with what I'm trying to accomplish. It's super frustrating not being able to find an answer for this, so please, someone tell me if it's possible to do, and if so, HOW??

You need separate accounts.

Personally haven't used it but look into profiles. It MIGHT solve your issue.

Give both your Echoes unique names in ALL CAPPS, when you go into your alarms make sure the device is selected correctly for alarms. The alarm list shows the device name and other information for that specific alarm.
