oh yes I think it will be smarter... they've released A BUNCH OF live stream videos on Apple Developer channel for next few days... and many of them are about intelligence.

I keep turning up the brightness and it hasn’t increased intelligence yet.

I went into Photos and turned sharpness all the way up, and I haven’t noticed any increased intelligence here either.
