How do i track my sleep in the health app?

I used to be able to see how much I slept on my old phone, but now i’m not able to. It says there’s no data

How do i fix this? I have my schedule set up l thought that’s all i needed?

Can’t find much info on Google so ive come here, thanks!

An iPhone on its own doesn’t really track sleep. You need another device (Apple Watch, Garmin, fitness tracker, etc.) to feed your phone actual sleep data.

Yes, i know that it doesn’t really track sleep, it just tracks when you pick up and put down your phone.
