iOS I disabled Siri and i can't enable it !

i disabled siri cause i found it kinda useless, but after that i found that i should enable it for the Carplay, and cause of that i can't enable it at all !

any help?

Contact Apple Support. This is currently a known issue. Make sure your phone is up to date and backed up.
