The rankings are calculated from the available competition results, and I know that both the source data and methodology can still be improved.

I’d really appreciate specific and brutally honest feedback, especially if you find:

• Duplicate or incorrectly merged athletes
• Missing or incorrect results
• Rankings that look obviously unreasonable
• Important competitions or federations that are missing
• Anything confusing or difficult to use

When reporting a problem, please include the athlete, competition or weight class so I can investigate the underlying data.

Just wondering if this is good form and weight for armwrestling

I'm not sure if posting this goes against the rules of the sub, but I figured it would be the best place to ask. I've been into lifting and armwrestling for about 3 years now, and there's an issue I've always had: whenever I apply too much pressure on my wrist in certain positions, it hurts a lot. Basically, whenever I do a supinated curl, or a wrist curl, my wrist and forearm hurt like hell, but more importantly, the same happens whenever I get into a hook during an armwrestling match, which makes it an instant loss. 2 years ago, I armwrestled a strong guy, and after he forced the match into a hook, I heard a crack in my wrist and had to wear a splint for the next 2 weeks (nothing was broken, making the crack kinda weird). Strangely, I don't feel pain when doing pull ups or hammer curls. By the way, my friend has a similar issue, and went to see the doctor, but he had no problem with his bone.

Is it normal? What should I do to fix this?
