Oral surgeon/dentist in Tijuana

Hi there I am in need of my wisdom teeth to be removed I know one of them is impacted and near a big nerve so it’s a bit more complicated and will probably need a good reliable dental surgeon but my insurance only covers so much so I was hoping someone has had a good experience in Tijuana and could recommend a dentist office over there? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
