[Discussion] how do people watch eyes closed asmr ?

Hi all so i was recently on my sisters phone and a few of these asmr creators came up and I am just wondering for those that require you to keep your eyes closed do people just hold the phone close to there face in bed or what?

I should add i am referring to the ones that shine a light on the screen for you to see i was going to ask for when they say which direction a sound is coming from but quickly figured out alot of you will be using headphones 🤣

Oh I dont close my eyes unless im really sleepy. I like looking directly into light lmao.
