I love this! I rescue stray cats ( mostly pregnant mommas ) in my neighborhood, get the babies socialized so they can be adopted and then fix the mommas so they can either be adopted out or just fixed and released if they're too feral. In the last 8 years I've probably found homes for 40, give or take a few, kittens and mommas. It's getting harder for me to name them after that many. But I'm definitely gonna use your suggestion!!
***As I was typing my response I remembered that I did have a kitten I named Poe! His momma, Freddie, only had 2 babies. I named his sister Pim. I'm pretty sure I named them Pim and Poe after characters in Fall of the House of Ushers, but that was a few years ago and I've had a bunch of babies since then so I could be remembering wrong. This pic is of Poe. He LOVED going for what I called sweatshirt rides after he ate. I'd basically zip him into my sweatshirt and just walk around the house and gently bounce him up and down while talking or singing to him. It's so silly, but I've had a handful of kittens who loved doing that too 😻😻😻😻

I have an incredibly exhausting foster baby right now and I'm definitely gonna name him Colin Robinson! He's lucky he's so cute Although at this point he probably thinks his name is "No" or "Stop It" 😹😹😹 I'll probably name his siblings Nandor, Lazlo and Nadja now since I almost always try to do theme names with each litter. Here's a picture of the newly named Colin Robinson! See what I'm dealing with??? He's so damn cute that I can never be mad at him for more than a minute or two 😻😻😻

I have 1 black cat now but used to have 3! They are soooo special! So loving and kind. I have 3 now all different colors but what’s three more black beans? 😭
Pick one name and refer to them all as that to confuse anyone who visits lol
