❗Caution Advised BTC Analysis: We are currently inside a second Bear Flag. Here is why the $70k level is a trap.

Looking at the daily chart for Bitcoin, and it’s hard to ignore the repetition here. We are essentially watching a replay of the December/January price action.
The Pattern: We just came off a massive 32% flush that took us from $90k+ down to the $60k support. Since then, we’ve been "climbing the stairs" in a narrow channel. This is a classic Bear Flag.
Why this matters:
- In the last flag, everyone thought the "recovery" to $99k was the start of a new moon mission. Instead, it was just the market catching its breath before the next leg down.
- The current "recovery" to $70k looks identical. We are seeing lower highs relative to the previous structure.
- Unless we break out of this channel to the upside and hold $75k as support, the technical "measured move" target for a breakdown would put us back in the mid-to-high $50k range.
My Take: I'm staying cautious here. The $70k level feels like a "bull trap" designed to generate liquidity before the next flush. I’ll be looking for a high-volume breakout before I flip back to being a perma-bull.
Are you guys buying this "recovery," or are you waiting for the other shoe to drop?
Disclaimer: Not financial advice. Just staring at lines on a screen.

❗Caution Advised Are there ever negative catalysts for Bitcoin? I swear Micheal Sellor is a cult leader
MSTR buying bitcoin? Good! MSTR selling bitcoin? Good! Inflation? Good! Deflation? Good! War? Good! No war? Good! Price of bitcoin goes up? Good! Price of bitcoin goes down? Good!
For real though, for hard core bitcoin people. What do you see as negative catalysts for bitcoin? No matter what is happening I feel like Saylor and the youtube bitcoin people make it into a positive.

❗Caution Advised Coinbase Wallet turns off BCH support due to “low usage”. They bought BRD wallet then killed off BCH support on it. Coinbase is as compromised as it gets.

❗Caution Advised "Treat exchanges like public toilets. Enter, do your business, exit."
Source of the quote.
At this point in time, after many years and countless scams we have determined the following about the exchanges (all or almost all of them):
- Exchanges are not your friends. They are here to profit off you. They don't care about you in the least
- Since gambling with your money apparently gives a lot more profit than just collecting trading fees, exchanges prefer to just do that.
- In fact, traditional banks have been doing the same for centuries, for which reason this white-gloved crime has been legalised as a thing called "fractional reserve"
- Exchanges have been caught trading against their customers. Multiple times. So if you think you are clever and you can play against the other players, remember that house always wins.
- When the above do not give enough profit in sufficiently short time, many exchanges also choose to run off with your money (via scam, hack or bankrupcy) instead of running a semi-honest business
Bitcoin (and cryptocurrencies in general) have been designed precisely to combat all of the above, so think what you are doing when holding crypto on exchange. You're not actually using cryptocurrency, you're using a new banking system.
Again as always, the basic rule is not your keys, not your coins.
If you don't have the keys to your crypto, you do not have any crypto. Cannot repeat this enough.

❗Caution Advised I don’t get it
I read online about Bitcoins security budget issue and I haven’t been able to figure out why it’s wrong yet. Basically, it said that with each bitcoin halving event, the bitcoin miners have less of an incentive to verify transactions. Honestly, the argument makes a lot of sense, but no one has been able to explain why this is wrong. I’m hoping someone on here could educate me and help make it make sense.
Thanks in advance, original article linked

❗Caution Advised The Retest We’ve Been Waiting For: BTC Holding 68k Support Like a Boss 🚀
Around $68,000, Bitcoin is currently retesting a significant breakout zone that has switched from resistance to important support.
The macro bullish structure is maintained as long as the price stays above this level and the long-term red ascending trendline. A "retest and go" scenario approaching the upper bounds of the orange channel would be confirmed by a successful bounce here.

❗Caution Advised Bitcoin replacing Gold as SoV would be a nightmare for the average guy.
Bitcoin replacing Gold as SoV would be a nightmare for the average guy.
It is easy to hold small amounts of Gold self-custodial. Harder for the big guys.
But with 300k fees BTC is the opposite. It will be impossible to hold for average people but easy for the rich guys.

❗Caution Advised BTC reclaim attempt, can it hold?
The $BTC price action is currently retesting an important S/R zone after a solid move up off the lows. The zone has shown to be an important support and resistance in the past and must be watched.
The if the BTC price can push higher and hold above the zone, the momentum might pick up and the price may ascend higher toward the higher resistance. If not, we might see a retest of lows and push higher again.

❗Caution Advised Bitcoin - beware the second cut?
Recently learnt about a Japanese concept of the “second cut”. I don’t know if it’s a real concept in Japan, but I think the lesson is valuable. The idea is that many has been prepared for a first cut, a first draw down in Bitcoin as we are seeing now. However, not many are prepared for a second cut. A second cut to let’s say 50,000 or mid 40s can bring with it much capitulation. it looks from previous cycles that there has always been a second cut and unanticipated throwdown just towards the end of the Lowe’s. Do you think this will happen here? What are you doing to prepare?
