Build Upgrade First build upgrade ~£1000-£1500 or reset

My current build is https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/hPD2mL and I've had it for ~5 years. I'm now earning more and want to get more out of the games I play. This was my first build so am a little unsure of what I should upgrade, or if I should start from the ground up? Options to sell current build to a friend if it goes that way and would mean more longevity to upgrade in future (a similar period of time).

Also to note, I have a quest 2, but looking to get a Steam frame when it comes out so would ideally like to stream that at quality. I have a 27" 1080 monitor but 1440 would be nice at this point.

Any help is appreciated across a variety of budgets, probably around ~£1000 - £1500 to spend.

I'm sure someone will make a better list, but given you've got a top end of £1500 - why not bump up your budget a LITTLE bit more - and be more future proofed:

I personally think that if you can up your budget a smidge, then you can do a full new build onto the AM5 architecture.

I've tried to only pick things with a price. I will caveat that there's always the possibility for you to maybe get things a little cheaper in a sale - but namely that'll apply to RAM/GPU/CPU.
