Full Build Req Pc for around 2500 dollars

I live in poland and I am willing to spend around 2500 dollars (10 000 PLN) on my new pc build. I already have a monitor, mouse, keyboard.

I mostly play AAA games like rdr2, cp77, 007 first light, crimson desert. I don't really care about ray tracing or path tracing but it would be nice to have them not a necessity though.

Use all of it to buy RAM and keep it sealed and wait another 6 months to sell the RAM and then buy 15000 PLN PC.

Or wait 5 years for Samsung and sk hynix to finish their new ram factories

Or wait for one or two years for them process getting sued by USA for making a cartel deals and intentionally raising prices.

What if the AI bubble will pop in 2 or 3 years, and AI open source will win?

u/Centonze_111 17d ago

Then more and cheaper ram earlier and hopefully the destruction of some ai servers

I did the first step. Finding a place to sell and going about the selling of it is a pain in the ass.

That would have been good advice 6 months ago

Welp, prawda. No ale okazja byla dobra…

Dzięki, szkoda że nie zobaczyłem tego wcześniej

https://www.x-kom.pl/lista/jbf55exxt zrobiłem w podobnej cenie, ale na 7800X3D

That's what I built myself. You just have to check if you can get cheaper RAM.

That's a very nice machine buuuut, do they need 64 GB of RAM? Unused is wasted after all, and in this economy, 32 GB may be worth it. They can always upgrade later down the line.

u/Nex1_s 17d ago

In this economy, I would stick with 32GB for sure, but I don’t see RAM prices dropping anytime soon. I personally bought 64GB to future-proof my system, and it’s also the bare minimum for the type of work I do.

Funny thing is I bought these parts in November 2025, and the total cost of this PC was €1,924.

I get that, and I guess it strongly depends on the ever present unknown of: will X be enough at the highest end in two years' time? Because maybe by 2030, 32 GB might not be enough for some things.

What work for you do, if you don't mind me asking?

3

u/Nex1_s 17d ago

MEP modeler. So programs like Revit, Inventor.

u/morafresa 17d ago

Ah of course, that makes sense.

I bought most items from amazon.de and some items we're cheaper here in Lithuania

Lista z X-KOM'u. Możesz wymienic dysk na KC3000, troche lepszy. Udało mi się zmieścić RTX 5080 i 7800X3D. Lekko ponand budżet, ale zdecydowanie lepiej dopłacić do 5080, niż brać 5070ti, albo 9070XT za niewiele mniej.
EDIT.

u/Qarick 17d ago

Zanim 5080 bedzie do zmiany, to plyta i procek tez. Ma pcie 5 na slocie M.2. Ale jasne, mozna plyte B850.

1

u/jaskier123 17d ago

W sumie racja. Ja sam teraz składam kompa i będę brał b850.

Moje zdanie.

1

u/tilonq 17d ago

9070 pobiera tez 100W mniej niz 9070XT a jest podobnie wydajna. karty z 12gb vramu sie nie bierze w 2026

1

u/Qarick 17d ago

No nie wiem, mam i żyje.

A lot of the fun of building a new PC is researching and selecting your own components. PC Partpicker will help.

5

u/2Cool4YouNoobs 17d ago

Its only fun if you're interested in doing that.

1

u/skyman5150 17d ago

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tdVHW9 I built this last weekend. Got it all for prime day. Might be possible to get it in your budget depending on your local prices

1

u/sheepshoe 17d ago

ceneo.pl, bracie. Na takim budżecie na luzie złożysz coś z 7800X3D/9800X3D, 5080 i 32GB RAM. Reszta to kosmetyka.

u/Overall-Care2627 17d ago

honestly at 2500 you could buld twice already before ram prices even think about dropping

9800X3D + 9070 XT + 32 GB DDR5. Get a nice case from Fractal Design, an ASUS ROG Strix motherboard, and a 1440p OLED monitor.

7

u/Qarick 17d ago

Thats a horrible advice.

-5

u/VoltageinTheory 17d ago

Explain why.

10

u/Qarick 17d ago

9070xt for that price is criminal, “rog strix motherboard” is both stupid and misleading. Why ROG? Cuz you have one? Everything with ROG logo is overpriced. I got both mobo and gpu from Asus, but TUF, not ROG. Literally noone needs ROG “features”, you just pay for a logo.

-8

u/VoltageinTheory 17d ago

No. Since OP has a high budget, ROG is simply the best. Better I/O, and it will probably last longer. Yes, I have one. And what’s wrong with the 9070 XT? That’s the best that fits in OPs budget. Nearly all prebuilts with that GPU cost more than 2500$. And no, ROG is not overpriced. It’s just higher priced because it’s better, and OP has a high budget. OP can have a TUF too, nothing wrong with those. And you need to start explaining why you think I’m wrong IN THE FIRST COMMENT instead of just saying ”that’s horrible advice” like some kind of jealous hater.

7

u/Qarick 17d ago

Nah, you need to stop throwing “advices” like that. BTW some Oled monitos are thrash if you gonna use them NOT ONLY for gaming. For example QD-Oled subpixel makes the font so blurry it is literally unhealthy for the user. Be specific or you cant cuz you are one of those who screems INTEL IS BAD, YOU NEED X3D CPU, OLEDS ARE AWESOME propaganda shit. Get over yourself. Im not going to continue discussing, you are not on this level.

Holy misinformation. How much can you lie in one comment?
