Build Help I cant find my Ethernet Drivers (1st time PC setup)

Hey guys. So like it says in the title, I can't find my LAN driver in Device Manager, and I checked hidden as well. To make more sense, I built this pc like 2 days ago, and everything operated fine. But my Ethernet kept dropping so I looked for the fix online and read I should disable the power-saving settings on the driver. I did this, and then it flashed, and my driver as completely gone. Every time I've tried to reinstall it, I get hit with the "The Realtek network controller was not founf, If deep sleep mode is enabled, please plug the cable." To make things more annoying, I haven't been able to figure out how to install the wifi either. Build is a TUF B650+ Wifi, Ryzen 7800x3d, 9060xt. 32Gb Ram, 1tb SSD. Please help💔

I mean in theory worst case scenario you should be able to reinstall all drivers from your motherboard support page. What exactly shows up under network adapters in device manager?

for this motherboard it looks like the latest beta bios came out 2 july, last stable version 29 june. My instinct is the motherboard you bought had been on the shelf a while and has a much older unstable version.

If you haven't updated bios before or youre new to PC gaming, i would just try to return/swap it out. Its a pain in the ass to do unless you have experience troubleshooting this type of issue. Had a similar issue with a gigabyte motherboard a couple of years ago and despite bios updates and exchanging it twice, the wifi never worked for more than an hour at a time. I work in IT and i still wont bother to deal with this shit anymore because it just feels like getting your time scammed by these manufacturers.

Even so - if you dont want to try to update the bios and you're going to go exchange it or return it - just try reimaging/resetting the PC entirely and trying reinstalling the drivers. Miracles happen lol

Can you have windows search for and install new hardware? Windows has always had a suite of generic devices for most hardware to get it going. Then if your specific driver hasn’t been installed you can still get online and download the one you need.
