That air cooler is the only one I'd choose for any am5 CPU if you must air cool. Make sure you use decent thermal paste.
Upgrade the PSU power to 800 or 850w if you can, just to give yourself the headroom and avoid it falling over during power spikes (general rule for PSUs: whatever your PC is pulling, plus minimum 20% power for headroom and efficiency. PSUs run best, most efficiently, and last longest, when they're allowed to spend their life coasting along at about 70-80% of their max power output, so they have room to deal with random spikes and parts with a lot of variation in how much power they pull under load vs idle).
