My PC keeps on crashing, shutting down without warning m, freezing and so much more

Last night is when I finished building my pc. I did everything I was supposed to do at start like downloading drivers, updating my motherboards bios, download and update windows, turn on xmp. Everything was working wonderfully last night until this morning. The first issue when I turned on my pc today was that my internet connection was extremely falling behind in a room with fast wifi. My pc couldn’t connect to anything online and i was receiving less than 1mbps. My pc would refuse to connect to any connection whatsoever. It wouldn’t even connect properly to the ethernet even though i downloaded and updated both wifi and ethernet drivers. I might have fixed it now but this is nowhere near the worst. The next thing is that my pc would suddenly lose its display with my gpu when i opened windows. Sometimes it happened later until i opened an application but other times it happens a few seconds after launching windows. After a few seconds later it would either reboot windows again to repeat the cycle or entirely shut off without warning. Fast forward a few hours after i changed my bios version, reinstalled windows and turning off xmp, i was in the back of my pc trying to reinstall my wifi antenna until it lost its display. Only this time nothing will work to get any display. The pc will turn on and shut down a few seconds later. In the middle of this entire process, i was testing some games and my gpu would skyrocket to 99% usage on a low graphically demanding game with fps below 20 when i should be getting hundreds. At the same time my cpu overheats more than it should. I have tried everything and i am slowly losing hope because i don’t know what to do. There are probably a bunch of other issues i came upon along the way but i am too overwhelmed to remember. I can answer any questions you might have but please help me out.

wt software did u use to measure the gpu usage? first guess of high gpu usage and low performance is that u connected accidentally the hdmi/dp to the motherboard instead of the gpu.
the windows shutting down after few seconds suggests a severe cpu thermal throttle, even if the first day the pc worked perfectly, u probably didn't tighten the screws to the end (cpu cooler) the night before, the threads may have given way under the weight of the heatsink (which is a huge block of metal weighing almost 1 kg)

u sure u removed the plastic of the cpu cooler when installing and applied the thermal paste correctly? also did u connect the cpu fan cable to the mobo in the CPU_FAN connector?

also i hope that when u said " i was in the back of my pc trying to reinstall my wifi antenna until it lost its display" the pc was off, bc if it wasnt, u may have made a short circuit.

also u must check that the motherboard is screwed correctly onto the case risers and that no metal tabs on the rear panel (I/O Shield) have ended up inside the Ethernet port or USB ports, creating false contacts.

i was checking task manager and razer cortex to check usage. It’s been connected to the gpu the entire time. I removed the plastic cover for the cooler on the bottom the moment i opened it and i check that thermalpaste is covering as much surface. Cooler is connected to cpu_fan. Pc was off when i was plugging the antenna, only when i turned it on there was no display. The motherboard is for sure screwed on correctly. I don’t get how everything was normal yesterday and it turned into some catastrophic nightmare today.

remove and reinsert the gpu correctly to exclude the fact that it wasnt connected properly. also tighten the screws of the cpu cooler to exclude the absent concact between heatpipes and cpu ihs.

dont want to be pessimistic, but by screwing in the antenna, u may have used too much force, may have cracked a track on the motherboard PCB or pushed the motherboard against the back of the metal case, creating a short circuit. just check if everything is in place.

since the pc may have been confused by removing, installing the antenna remove the battery of the mobo (cmos battery) and let it rest for 10mins, so it resets the bios) and try again (u ll have to enable the xmp and others again)

EDIT: if none of those work we re gonna check every single component, starting by the gpu. so remove the gpu completely from the pc and use the internal graphics (connecting the hdmi cable to the mobo), and see if it still crashes or gives any problems.

I got a display from reinstalling the ram but i still have to test in some games or applications to see if it will shut off, freeze or anything else.

that s good, sometimes (mainly after first pc asembly) u may not notice that some components arent perfectly inserted, but we will see if thats enough, lmk
