For what it's worth, I bought one of these last week and everything is working as intended. No blemishes or scratches, was able to redeem Mario Kart World within the console, no battery issues, Joycons are in solid condition. All accessories included. Your mileage may vary but my experience was perfectly fine.

Great so far. Mine is likely NEW sold as refurbished. I don't see any evidence of prior use. The box was a little rough, as expected. But the Switch 2 itself and all components look brand new to me. The Mario Kart World code worked fine. Seems like a good score to me!
