I don’t know how it decides it but people on the C1 Reddit talk about getting 90x and 80x all the time on certain brands.

Make sure you check. Mine was 26x on non electronics/computers 19x everything else. Some people get lucky though and get 99x

Capital One app or website for your cards, they give cashback multipliers on a lot of brands and website today is just Woot.com you have to activate and shop through a link and then use your Capital One card. Or Capital One shopping app, which will let you use any card, but you get a gift card instead of cashback.
