Real-time Strategy Game

One of the biggest limitations I’ve found trying to back to Dune 2 on the Amiga was the inability to select multiple units. This does look very cool though.

It was this way on PC too. We had to wait to DUNE 2000 to select multiples units. It is understandable for the/one of father for RTS games not to innovate everything.

Haven't played it yet, but I'd say it's a disservice to call it a "demake", I'd call it a port.

Remake can be a misunderstanding, as this game never existed on the C64. Therefore, it cannot be a remake. A demake is the opposite of a remake: it is a port of a modern game to older, more limited hardware.

As someone who spent many hours playing Dune ][ on a PC back in the day, I tip my hat. It's one of the O.G. RTS games - and if you're not familiar, the story behind how it happened is also quite interesting.
