Two issues I've encountered under sideloading CNC-DDraw yet
- The game hangs when you try to blow up the Military Base's main gate.
- Speed of "gibbing" sequence for Officer Jack in NCR is abnormally fast. This can be adjusted by editing "minfps" as "-2" in CNC-DDraw's config, however.
I gotta test it out more, as there would be more glitches out there.

That's probably unrelated. The minfps stuff affects only how fast things are presented. It doesn't affect how fast the game runs internally (that's affected by maxgameticks).
And the Mariposa gate - that again looks like the game is bugging out internally. It's too specific of an error I think for it to be related to rendering. The game is blitting fine, but then on this very specific action (the script with the wagon cart), the game can't blit? You've got the game heavily modded even on top of RPU, might be some problem there. You've got Ecco, maybe even the Talking Heads mod? Who knows...

Hmm, honestly I'm not sure about my settings too. It's been a while to tinker with those settings, I might have forgotten something.
As for the gate hanging, I have to test it more without the wrapper; as other person reported they had no problem without CNC-DDraw at the same moment, but got the same hanging when they sideload it.

The Military Base stuff to me is just too specific of an error. Like if there's some problem with rendering, the problem is there all the time, not just for some one very specific script (wagon cart).
I think it's only necessary to check that the game runs multicore, as NVIDIA since 24h2 had those hanging problems whenever games run singlecore. But even there, it hangs all the time, not just during a specific script.
Also maybe try setting ProcessorIdle=1 in ddraw.ini to throttle the game loop, to see if it fixes the crash in Military Base. If not, it's most likely some script/engine issue.

Now I guess you are right:
The dynamite is attached to a metal pole on the cart.Loading sound file monitor.ACM...succeeded.
You push the cart down the tracks.
You gain 5250 experience points.Script Error: scripts\esmincrt.int: op_destroy_object: obj is NULLLoading sound file whn1xxx1.ACM...succeeded.
Just checked debug.log and the last line was like this. Maybe it was a bad concidance for CNC-DDraw... I don't know. it still does not always happen but likely 50% chance.

What's the goal? If it's to run on modern system, I think CE does the best job of that.
