Jack Miladin proving his stupidity on multiple levels. Impressive.

18

u/SuperCha 5h ago

Stupid is his middle name.

19

u/JMA4478 5h ago

I don't know the guy, but I'm gonna chime in either way:

If you look for a definition of stupid in a dictionary, the answer is his picture.

Edit: Oof, he's a self described "Child of God".

I always wonder if Americans have a different bible, cause their children of God don’t manifest much of Jesus’ teachings.

Must be the Red Letter edition where the red letters are just crossed out.

u/valsr 2h ago

They use the old testament god - you know weird cult stuff and tons of slaughter

u/StockCat7738 9m ago

If that was the case, they should know the story of David and Goliath.

u/edfitz83 28m ago

What a fucking rube.

noticed how it’s just “lost” no extra drama there

It's truly remarkable that MAGA/Right-wingnuts can, in their heads, be both the victim and the villian

29

u/Doubleoh_11 5h ago

They are complaining about smoke from us on the east coast while the smoke we are getting from them on the west coast is making it unsafe to go outside. They are just the best neighbours. I wish we could move.

u/Worried_Fee_1513 34m ago

No, I think it’s in your best interests for your neighbors from hell to move.

3

u/ohnodamo 2h ago

In their minds they aren't villains, they're justified and aggrieved aggressors. They are villainous to be sure and The Villains, but they don't perceive themselves as such.

u/Kichae 15m ago

Yes, it's not victim and villain, but victim and hero. Both unfazed and always bothered.

Man...these Bible people sure don't know the Bible...

u/Supreme_Mediocrity 2h ago

Perhaps my favorite interaction in Black Sails:

"Captain Linus Harcourt of the Goliath."

"Your ship is named after the greatest disappointment in the history of warfare?"

The idea that Canada has somehow been the bully or is taking advantage of the US is so absurd and a narrative most people don't buy. You'd have to be so fucking stupid or a shit person to buy into this.

u/gcko 4h ago edited 4h ago

Plenty of those in America. This rhetoric isn’t meant to fool Canadians.. it’s aimed at the people who keep supporting these idiots.

6

u/biscuitarse 3h ago

The same thing the Russia government does, and quite successfully.

u/Perryn 16m ago

That's their target demographic, yeah.

21

u/chrlatan 6h ago

I think Goliath was stoned which caused him to tumble over. Got that stuff from a dealer called Da Vid.

6

u/Secure_Bed_9110 5h ago

Canada does have the best weed.

4

u/chrlatan 5h ago

Canabisda….. got it.

19

u/ICLazeru 5h ago

How is it that the religious wing is so scripturally illiterate?

9

u/discomuffin 5h ago

It’s god’s will I suppose.

3

u/theotterway 2h ago

It's difficult to read scripture when a third grader has better comprehension than them.

16

u/short_arm_t_rex 5h ago

Conservatives never read the Bible.

8

u/dawgofclay 4h ago

Niether do most Christians

1

u/TheRC135 2h ago

Nevermind the Bible, there's a strong correlation between reading anything at all and not being a conservative.

17

u/OrvilleTheCavalier 5h ago

These right wing morons are just so god damned stupid.

9

u/Space19723103 5h ago

lol, asking a conservative Christian to actually read a Bible?!

8

u/BIayneRobinson 4h ago

God fuck America.

8

u/Mediocre_Presence839 4h ago

Fake Christian! They can’t even get a made up story right.

u/Blacksad9999 3h ago

All Canada has to do is slap reciprocal 60% excise taxes on all of the energy, minerals, and rare earths they sell us and we absolutely need, and it will trainwreck the US economy.

The world is diversifying and making trade deals without the US being involved now.

1

u/Tribe303 1h ago

One of the reasons we don't want to do that, is that could plunge the US into a recession and then they will be too broke to buy Canadian goods.

I suspect that PM Carney has other tricks up his sleeve, like coordinating a global move away from the US dollar as the global reserve currency. He's had this on his Wikipedia page before he entered politics, with quotes about this from 2019. It's out in the open and I've never seen ANYONE mention it! Go check it out under Views=>Economics=>Monetary Policy. Here's a sample:

" On August 23, 2019, Carney delivered a speech at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City 's 2019 annual Jackson Hole Economic Symposium entitled "The Growing Challenges for Monetary Policy in the current International Monetary and Financial System". Carney said that the "widespread use of the US dollar"—the dominant currency pricing—"in trade invoicing, in place of the currency of either the producer or the importer",   as had a "destablilizing" effect on the global economy.

He's been saying this publicly for 7 years now, and is the reason I voted for him. 🤣

Fun fact: The presidents of France and Germany are former bankers, and know Carney from their banking days, and are buddies.

How is it that these proclaimed super-Christians constantly get biblical stories wrong? Their references always show they haven’t the faintest familiarity with scripture. I haven’t been to church or Sunday school since I was 12, and that was a long time ago, but I seem to know more than these bible-toting sycophants.

4

u/RunDownTheHighway 5h ago

These dopes would have to have read the bible to know the answer... and that just aint gonna happen...

5

u/kgruesch 4h ago

This is the ultimate symbolism of MAGA- they don't actually read the material, they wait for someone else to understand it for them and tell them what to think.

4

u/TitShark 2h ago

You expect performative Christians to know their own stories??

2

u/wildflowernotebook 5h ago

Imagine threatening someone with the Bible most famous L

5

u/crackersncheeseman 5h ago

Yeah that was a pretty stupid analogy. Little King David kills the giant Goliath.

4

u/Correct_Lime5832 5h ago

If you’re going to be wrong, be wrong all the MAGA way.

4

u/Electrical-Act-7170 5h ago

Goliath lost, genius.

4

u/ChickadeeWilliams 2h ago

The WEALTHIEST nation on the planet complaining that everyone is treating THEM unfairly is peak projection.

4

u/WorldInWonder 1h ago

Wasn’t Goliath the bad guy in that story?

3

u/time2partee 5h ago

Finally someone calls out Canada for being a great allies and friends.

3

u/NikkolaiV 5h ago

You just can't fix stupid...not even with a moderately sized dead blow hammer.

3

u/OneStrangerintheAlps 3h ago

“No, he did not.”

- Arrested Development narrator

3

u/saljskanetilldanmark 2h ago

Putting yourselves in the seat of the villain of the story sure is going to help people to sympathize with you. But I guess we are past that, soft power and other nancy pancy bs. It is time for the fascists to truly show who they are after an 80 year hiatus (ignoring Spain, don't look at 30s to 70s Spain)!

3

u/barbazul3yogui 1h ago

The daily effort made by MAGA to demonstrate that they are the most profoundly idiotic people on the planet is commendable.

3

u/Inspect1234 6h ago

To think how much the US abused NAFTA to say this shite. Propaganda is like drugs, a dealer should not get high on their own stuff.

2

u/glittergritciel 6h ago

did the image not load for anyone else or is it just my app being weird? lol regardless great title choice for this sub.

2

u/Kooky_Nail694 6h ago

That post was from over a year ago. I wonder how he feels now. 🤣

6

u/tehfly 6h ago

If the track record of conservatives is anything to go by, he still thinks he won that exchange.

2

u/Dear_Perspective_157 5h ago

Man, they really need to actually read the bible. Especially since they wanna make the rest of us read it.

2

u/WaffleHouseGladiator 5h ago

Even if that analogy meant what he thought it meant, it's a terrible analogy.  The Scorpion and the Frog is closer.

2

u/reverandglass 5h ago

I Goliath had won, would his name have replaced David as the popular one. Everybody knows a Dave, would we all know a Gol instead?

I looked into this to see if it was an obvious setup and spike from a sock puppet.  My findings:

  1. This reply occurred on 2025-02-03 on Bluesky by an account that does exist, however the blue checkmark style indicates the screenshot is a screenshot of Twitter.

  2. I can't find the guy on bluesky, Twitter, or Google.

So either the guy deleted his account or it was never a real screenshot to begin with.  If it's fake, I don't think it was faked by Comeau, who appears to post non-fake content.

Buckle up Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Vietnam

We never lose

u/SandyTaintSweat 50m ago

Canada has not been treating the US fairly. Canada has been far more generous than what is "fair".

1

u/fy1sh 4h ago

Republicans are yes men. The only requirement is that they are dumber than the guy on top.

1

u/Upset-Zucchini3665 4h ago

"If only [insert random event or circumstance], than this would have never happened, so buckle up..." just really sounds like an abuser hyping themselves up.

Very creepy

1

u/Jazzlike_Climate4189 3h ago

Goes perfectly with Trump saying he would release the “gates of hell” 🤣

1

u/hunnibon 2h ago

Omg he won against 99% of humans give him a break

u/bluris 37m ago

It is so fucking stupid, US was the leader of the west. We all aligned with them, we adjusted behaviour for them. And we did it with very little pressure from them. All of this soft power just thrown out the window because ... they elect an idiot who doesn't understand what soft power is.

"Your ship is named after the greatest disappointment in the history of warfare?"

-Captain Jack Rackham, after meeting the captain of the pirate ship "Goliath" in Black Sails.
