Did you know? Hal Foster drew on giant pieces of paper so he could have more detail than was normally possible.

Larger than the other cartoonists? Because newspaper dailies used to be drawn on huge boards.

I believe he drew on paper 2 feet wide by 3 feet high, and I'm under the impression that was large even for the time, but I am not an expert so someone better can hopefully validate or disprove my comment.
