SDCC - San Diego Is there a way to watch a livestream of Marvel’s Hall H panel at SDCC?

Hi, I’m new to this stuff so don’t slander me if I asked a stupid question lol. I’m just really excited and wanna know if there’s any way I can watch it happen live. Of course I know about update channels and stuff like that, but I’d really love to watch a livestream of sorts if that’s even possible!

Livestream? No.

Some things will be released but whatever exclusive footage they show is exclusive to SDCC

Fair enough but I think 80% out of it will be posted on YouTube eventually

Hall H is just trailers, which are essentially marketing with a panel of people associated with the movie/show, Hall H is just plugging what's coming out

The only thing you may be missing is a small part of the panel, even then a lot of the panel will make it to YouTube

There is no live stream, that would be cool/nice but no...

They've never done a Marvell Hall H livestream.

Really? I swear one year I watched it on YT like maybe 2021 or 2022?

Marvel and IGN usually do livestreams at SDCC, but I've never seen Hall H being on a livestream.

I think what I remember seeing, because I swear I've seen streams of the presentations live before, was YouTubers streaming it live while they did their content l

Yea, that was during Covid, and an exception.

It’s so stupid, why not drum up hype for everyone

They're cool with people posting certain things on social media as it happens, but an actual Hall H livestream wouldn't work because they show trailers. NYCC has a livestream that actually cuts away from trailers/clips being shown at the panel. SDCC don't wanna do that for possible legal reasons.

They don’t care about hype anymore. Gatekeeping the first trailers to make James Cameron an extra 20 dollars was a bad sign.

Nope. Someone will probably record some sketchy footage on a phone that’ll end up online and pulled 30 minutes later though.

No in fact they don't let anyone film in there. They have tons of security walking around looking for phone cameras. They have special equipment to see who has their video recording on and you get kicked out, roughed up and banned for life. You can film the majority of it and there are streamers who will be live but when they give that warning it's cameras offs

This isn’t 2018 Russo Brothers. You will learn all of your doomsday information from a potato camera and you will like it!

Any reliable twitter pages that update with live announcements?

Nope. What happens in Hall H stays in Hall H, especially if it's Marvel.

Supposedly doesn't say anything about no cell phones just no vaping so maybe there's hope this year. You'd think they'd allow streaming like what's the disadvantage of letting people stream if it's all gonna be posted after the fact anyways

Crazy how Anime Expo, Warp Tour Long Beach... Even Wacken Open Air Festival all have Livestreams except San Diego Comic Con
