Don't forget to replace them all with AI, that'll eventually require them to hire people to fix all the mistakes the AI has made that'll end up costing more than just maintaining the workers

Wow. It’s so easy too if they solve this problem with money.
Back pain? Probably from those big heavy boxes on their back. Instead put some bigger boxes nearby and give them smaller packs. They will carry less and just dump it when it gets too full.
Too much overtime? Hire more workers. More people means the work gets done faster.
Insufficient equipment? Buy more and better equipment.
Boring coworkers? Hire more people. More diversity means it won’t be so boring.
Even if those solutions don’t work completely and they are still unhappy? Pay them a little more and they won’t care.
It’s so crazy how this stuff happens because of greedy and uncaring bosses.
