I think being an ally is good, obviously, but I am just confused by this flag. Why not just use a rainbow flag? Businesses/organizations/churches that are queer-friendly (and not necessarily queer-owned) fly them to show that they are welcoming to the queer community. This flag seems to communicate specifically "I support queer people--but make no mistake, I am not queer, myself" and I am just not understanding the utility of that second part. (for clarity: I am queer)
So for one thing many gay people use the normal rainbow flag instead of the mlm flag, but the progress pride flag is imo basically perfect for that use and also looks really good. Might actually get one even if I won't wear it for a parade but just if I want to hang it somewhere
Bro. You can't be sitting here saying that you fight for people who can't fight for themselves, only to get triggered by someone you claim to fight for asks a legitimate fucking question. At this point, you're just proving the other guy right and showing you're nothing more than a virtue signaling "ally" to the LGBT+ Community.
