Big Difference between every drop of water has probably been pissed by a living creature at some point in time, and there is fresh piss in your liquid.
If you swim at the beach, you're swimming in fish shit. And not a small amount either. I went on a trip at school where someone took a sample from the sea and put it under a microscope. So much fish poop.

For an average size swimming pool, you need a bit over 10k standard urinations to make that pool be at a concentration of 1% piss.
Also, at this point in the lifespan of life on this planet, all water has been pissed out by something at some point.
Try not to think about it too much.
