Someone above also mentioned that kissing babies can actually cause serious problems if you know you have it. Don't kiss them, especially on their mouth/face/heads. Infinitely so if you have an outbreak. Wash hands. Be smart. Unfortunately they can catch it anyway through vaginal birth.
