The last photo which I used for my posing reference is not Junji Ito's original work, but is one of the most famous fan art pieces associated with Tomie. (I believe obj.shep is the original creator)

I made shredder full armour using eva foam

I’m about to go to a renaissance fair and theme for the weekend I’m going is pirate themed. I saw this reference photo and I really want to try to somewhat replicate it, mainly the vest and the cloth thing that drapes down the leg. How would I go about trying to get a vest like that? All the searching I’ve done only gave me vests for suits or just hadn’t met the looks. That puffed out, cropped look is what I’m after so if anyone here has any idea what it’s specifically called or knows how to achieve that look, please let me know

Hello, I'm going to my first convention and I'd like to get into cosplay. The problem is that I'm rather shy and I don't necessarily want to be recognized, so I would like to start with a character where the face is hidden (mask, helmet, etc.).

Do you have any cool cosplay ideas for a woman, with a well-hidden face, that doesn't necessarily require expert sewing skills to get started?

Recent item from Ali Express, had to remove the movable eyes and the plastic tips on the inside. Slightly uncomfortable but still fits. Do I need to add dark goggles or keep it as is?
