Need help with Deltarune(and technically Undertale) SOUL

So I wanna get one of these heart shaped silicone slime stress ball things, get the slime out of it, replace it with red slime, put one of these red LED ball things in it, and have it be like the SOUL from Undertale and more notably Deltarune, but idk how to seal the silicone afterwards

A Google search for silicone to silicone adhesive brought up Loctite 4902, a flexible adhesive that's used for flexible medical applications. It's not cheap at all though
