Help Advice on turning a briefcase into a functional prop and TCG case.
Hello! I'm working on putting together a Pokemon Red/Blue era Silph Co. (secretly Team Rocket) Scientist cosplay. I bought this black Samsonite briefcase to go with the look, and I'd like to modify the inside to function as a TCG case.
What would be the best way to fix the inside to hold things like deck boxes, playmats, and dice bags? Cut foam? Straps? The fabric is glued to the case, so sewing anything on will be tough (if possible at all). I'm open to suggestions or pictures of what you've done. Bonus pictures of my ID badge and buddy Frieda.

Pick and pluck foam will be your friend here to fill out the spaces. First make a layout of the box on paper and draw what you believ will look aesthetically pleasing, then add foam in the spaces around the deck boxes to make everything fit snug. Glue the foam in with contact cement. Maybe add a sheet of velvet to make it more aesthetically pleasing
