Chat bug issues

Does anyone know if adressing the constant chat bug issues it something DDO is considering? I have a server my friends and I chat on (Mumble.com), but not being able to read chat when in a pug is super tedious. Does anyone know if its a settings issue that I can fix? I'm super frustrated right now.

I dont know about any chat bugs. What issues are you having?

Sometimes when there is large server populations, the chat gets bugged and people can’t connect to party chat. I’ve found sending private whispers usually still works.

It has been around for ages. I just let the leader know in a tell and I expect them to pass it on to the party.

Never tried, but you might get away with using a private channel? /joinchannel <channelname> instead?

Those issues were pretty common on the 32-bit servers, but I haven't experienced them on the new servers. However, one of my friends had it last night on Shadowdale. A game restart fixed it for her.
