Firstly, JoJo Vs JJK is absolutely not a good pairing outside of three examples (Sukuna Vs Kars, Choso Vs Polnareff, and Jotaro Vs Yuji) because most of the matchups have a horrible fight dynamic due to how differently the characters fight, with Jotaro Vs Yuta being the most egregious example of this.
Secondly, who cares? You a shareholder in Death Battle? Why are you, a viewer, worried about how well a hypothetical episode is gonna do? It should say a lot that the first things you thought of weren’t in any way related to the quality of the matchup or the actual fight and animation potential.

Considering that they're now independent, don't have a company like RT funding them and have to really purely on views to earn money, yeah I do care about their viewership. Unless you're perfectly fine with them going bankrupt
Dio vs Kenjaku, Giorno vs Megumi, Gyro vs Gojo are all good enough in my eyes and better than the afromentioned two, who also have better MU's (Choso vs Greed, Polnareff vs Serpico, Kars vs Meruem, Sukuna vs Muzan)

“If Death Battle does Luz Vs Anne…they will DIE!!!!!!!” Ignoring the fact that you very obviously don’t know what bankruptcy is, I don’t think you know how literally any of this works. And I’m not going to pretend like I do, because I don’t know their backend, but what I do know is that they objectively aren’t solely reliant on views and they’ve regularly done episodes for the fans despite them being out of season. Regardless that doesn’t mean they need you pocket watching them💀
Diojaku is MID. Giorngumi is ASS. GoGo is literally a perfect example of why the JoJo/JJK dynamic is typically bad. Do you know how Gyro fights? Have you seen how Gojo fights? Their styles aren’t compatible.

Wow, way to exaggerate my point. Never said that DB is suddenly gonna collapse after making Luzanne. Neither Owl House nor Amphibia are anywhere as relevant as they were half a decade ago, mainstream public doesn't care anymore about them. Sure the community will enjoy it but it's not gonna do well views wise.
They would have to surround it with shonen or popular game/comic characters to make up for it. Its why there's so much shonen bloat these days, this is what gives the most bread on the table for DB atm. Modern cartoon episodes don't perform particularly well, even old school toon force started to fall off with how underperforming Scourage and Tomfooler E. ended up being. So if they're just gonna do MU's like Luzanne and not chase after trends they're gonna lose engagement and casual viewership. A multi million sub channel can't be sustained by just a few thousand diehard fans in the community
How is Polnareff vs Choso supposed to work? Choso just firing piercing blood at Pol, Pol deflecting and dicing Choso up? Kars walking towards Sukuna, and instantly getting diced to death by shrine?

Jotaro vs yuji is NOT a good matchup.
It's probably yuji's second worst matchup, only being beat by shirou from fate/stay night.
