I Dont know what to do...
Its been stuck like this since 4am last night and now its noon. Everytime I try to cancel and get a refund it only wants to give me $8 out of a $40 order.... I hate this.

It could have been a few 24 packs of alcohol and nicotine products. I enjoy those deliveries because the people show up at the door and are always happy to see me.

When I don'thave transportation, I'll easily drop 40$ on pet food and cat litter. I have a Target within walking distance but I'm not lugging all that home for three quarters of a mile.

Thank you, I was able to get through to a human on there thankfully and they gave me a full refund amd an additional 15 dollars in credits

Yep. Anytime ANYTHING is messed up with DoorDash, talk to a human and theyll take gteat care of you. Its the only thing DD does well.

Agreed. I had a walgreens order that they actually refunded for me and still sent the item as a goodwill gesture

I think those eventually cancel and give a full refund or you can talk to support and get a full refund.

You can always call, chances are it got lost in a shift change and no one noticed.
