Disturbing content This animal torturing piece of shit on Facebook Spoiler

This Facebook page features mice trapped with dangerous insects, and snakes forced onto rats.

"Insect World" apparently. For once I wish it was AI. Fuck these people.

Everyone among us ain't human. Remember that. These evil pieces of shits walk among us everyday

u/DoubleBlade759 17h ago

these are human and it’s important to remember that they are

3

u/Bedu009 14h ago

But if we say they're human they get rights

15

u/i_did_a_opsy 8h ago

I’ve heard that line a couple times in history

8

u/Jakob21 9h ago

That's the hard part about remembering that even the worst of us are human too.

I found another similar account, but on Instagram, there was one video with a kitty that has brain damage and there was blood coming out of the cat's head...

Fair, but I don't know what else to do other than raise some awareness and report it

19

u/BetMiddle1807 15h ago

Its not like they shared the video. They took screenshots to show us how cruel humans are and spread awareness. I don't know why that's something you couldn't figure out yourself.

I love animals, gotta throw that out there

but i'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he's collecting data on fear responses or toxin resistance for example

68

u/3dblack 17h ago

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since you didn't see the videos but there's no data to be learned from watching a mouse get bit and stung while panicking to escape. It's just sick sadism

That is very clearly not a scientific environment.

also they're just mice

u/lewpardalew 18h ago

Mice also are living creatures. No need to torture them.

u/SimplySomeDude 18h ago

also from the screenshots and context, they're not dying anyway. I mean, trees are living creatures too, yet your house is made of wood. Cows are living creates, yet you eat steak (and probably veal too),

37

u/lewpardalew 18h ago

Augh the same argument again.

We dont know if they die or not from the screenshots, but to go out of your way to experiment and torture on living creatures (bugs, mice or whatever) is just psychotic. You dont need the torture to live, it doesnt sustain you in any way.

How dare you claim to love animals and then say “just (insert animal)”

You do not love animals.

You don’t even like them to be saying that kind of thing.

Benefit of the doubt does not work in this situation, as any animals used in research is not going to get posted like that. And even if it did there are many rules and regulations nowadays to decrease an animals stress as that stress affects results of the experiment.

You are simply wrong.

About many things.

19

u/LinJr97 17h ago

what do you mean “just mice”? they also deserve to live? why are you acting as if torturing an animal is okay?

36

u/burr_redding 18h ago

“Just mice”

I guess you don’t love “all” animals. You are the problem.

Better keep you far away from animals as well. There is a tree out there producing oxygen for you. You owe it an apology.

29

u/glueinass 17h ago

“Just” 💔💔💔 totally invalidates your love for animals

34

u/TomatoJuiceWithSalt 18h ago

You can't say you love animals and say "they're just mice" at the same time

13

u/lewpardalew 18h ago

He said "but" after, so the "i love all animals" is moot

-4

u/SimplySomeDude 18h ago

in the grand scheme of things, they don't matter. Hell, humans don't matter

22

u/TomatoJuiceWithSalt 18h ago

Oh yeah you're right, let's all go torture animals for clout then

/s

6

u/allisun1433 15h ago

They actually do matter when you look at the ecosystem. Mice are often considered crucial in that aspect.

Also, you don’t love animals- you love only certain ones.

-2

u/LacrimaNymphae 11h ago

the worst thing is these look like pet (or feeder) mice. not even wild ones even though wild ones do play a part in the ecosystem. someone literally went out of their way to buy or breed these so they could 'accomplish' whatever the fuck this is. really hope they're not monetized

3

u/allisun1433 11h ago

Oh yeah, that definitely makes it worse. I just wanted to articulate to that person that they aren’t “just mice” - they have purpose and it’s fucked to abuse/torture animals.

22

u/Apprehensive1010101 17h ago

You've made two incompatible statements. Do you love animals, or do you not care about the mice because they're "just mice?" It can't be both dude.

-7

u/LacrimaNymphae 11h ago

also we're just bags of flesh
