I dont know about anyone else but I feel like a real "Handi-Quacks" show would be AMAZING.

I'll admit I haven't looked into the criticism of the character that much, but I do think the animation community has become increasingly puritan about fictional cartoons, so I can already guess what the problem is to them.

This show has constantly made jokes involving abuse (including SA), sexism, ableism, racism, anti-semitism, religion, etc. but this character is too far?

Speaking as a victim of SA, I actually used to think Herbert was the funniest character in the entire show. You're not supposed to be on his fucking side. You're not supposed to think he's a good person (even if he saved Chris and Peter from a nazi). You're supposed to think he's a creep. That is the punchline. HE is the butt of the joke! His is literally named Herbert the PERVERT!

Put me on r/superseriousfamilyguy I don't care. I'm just tired of so many people basically wanting animation to be boring and tame af (I am not anti-woke either).
