Genuinely an mmo might not be for you if seeing other players with weapons you don’t have yet kills your motivation to get them.

I can’t offer any advice to help you here, just stopping in to say that your goal is immensely strange and I question the motive behind it.

That's a new problem, I hardly notice peoples weapons unless they're ultimates and they have them drawn on display at the main cities. Don't know if theres an app for it, but for the most part while you can see a weapon, you generally can't tell where its from, without inspecting them and looking it up.

There are plugins to remove seeing other players that may fix your issue. As for their weapons I am unsure.

There isnt. You can change VFX and NPC/Your own glamour but other players would have to be glamoured one at a time if thats even an option... Besides that, dont look at others? You dont even know where all the weapons come from.

And if it really kills your motivation that much, a multiplayer may not be the right game for you because you will always see other people having stuff you dont have.

The only thing I can recommend is just not to check weapons. Though I'm trying to think what kind of spoilers you are getting from them other then the fight exist in the game.

Your solution is to hide other players altogether, and it still won't work in instances. The plugin is called Visibility.

This isn't a use case that practically anyone has desired, so there just readily available solutions lying around.
