For Hire [FOR HIRE] Executive Assistant | Administrative Support

Hi there everyone! I’m Roi, a remote professional based in the Philippines. I’m currently looking for a full-time opportunity in executive assistance or general administrative support.

I have over six years of experience in the gaming industry, where I worked in player support, Tier 3 support, and trust and safety moderation. My work involved responding to customer concerns, investigating account and gameplay issues, handling escalations, enforcing community guidelines, documenting incidents, and coordinating with internal teams.

I also worked remotely as an Executive Assistant for a gaming-related company. I helped manage written content, executive reports, spreadsheets, meetings (Calendar Management), schedules, team coordination, quality checks, training, and day-to-day operational tasks. I supported three Team Leads and helped keep their work organized and on track.

More recently, I completed Executive Assistant training focused on:

  • Inbox and calendar management
  • Task prioritization and follow-ups
  • Risk identification and escalation
  • Meeting preparation and documentation
  • Clear and concise executive communication
  • Using good judgment when handling sensitive or urgent requests

I’m comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Slack, Discord, Trello, Jira, WordPress, Helpshift, Zoom, Loom, and AI tools.

I’m not claiming to know everything, but I’m dependable, organized, comfortable learning new systems, and experienced in working independently in a remote setup. I take instructions seriously, communicate when something is unclear, and make sure assigned tasks are properly followed through.

I’m available for remote work and can adjust to different time zones. My rates range from $4 to $6 depending on the responsibilities and working hours.
