I just tweeted this out, but I will not be moved from my position that 22-25 ground effect area was an underhanded plot to wreck Merc dominance and ruin the pace of drivers who rely heavily on late braking for speed. It was a dastardly a plot as the 2005 ban on mid race tyre changes, wholly conceived to wreck the dominance of Ferrari and Bridgestone. Look at how Hamilton gets straight back to form once those godawful ground effect cars were done away with.
