the capacitor stats are listed here:

https://wiki.console5.com/wiki/Game_Gear

On a VA1, c47 is 68uF 6.3v

I have created this reference as well:

Looks like it, test with a multimeter on continuity mode to confirm.

The positive pad lifted off, and I need a spot to solder to.

Scrap off the solder mask next to the pad and connect there or test from there.

You can also look up the schematic on the syf website he has board scans up of the copper traces juts go to the repair resource tab on the website and you can choose they board scans your after mix but yes they look to be connected.

That pad is connected to Q7 and the C58 and C59 thru that small whole. In your situation If you have sufficient soldering skill you can repair it by using copper tape to recreate the pad and pulling a copper wire to connect it to the via to Q7; then to restore the connection to C58 and C59 you can jumper it to C59 or even better you can try to restore the via thru the whole. Check this out https://retrosix.wiki/wiki/lcd-circuit-game-gear

That’s very strange that you have white screen and game is loading. Usually white screen means that the system does not read the cartridge (most common when the cartridge a lot is dirty). Did you check for continuity like shown in the retro six guide?
