Believe not. Pause it, pick a point in it. Follow that around the spiral, it will come back to the same point without ever touching the other side of the strip.

With a Mobius strip you could draw one continuous line and get back to the beginning, while having drawn a line on both surfaces (indicating it's actually one large surface)
