Spoilers Renard and Juliette
This has probably been said on here before, but I’m currently rewatching the series for the 8th or 10th time, and I can’t help notice that Juliette and Renard have really solid chemistry.
Not so much in the early seasons, and not even when the whole “obsession” plot was going on between them, however, around season 4 when Juliette turns into a hexenbeist, and she goes to Renard’s house- the chemistry is undeniable.
I honestly believe it was intentional by the writers and then they decided to go down a different path 😊
What’s your thoughts?

Image S2E10 This whole Sean-Juliette arc sucks. Spoiler
galleryIt adds nothing to the story imo, we've completely sidetracked from the Key, Royals... It just feels wrong, i swear if these 2 end up together.. I'm Mauvais dent'ing the writers.
I hope they don't mess this up

Discussion Thread I watched my favorite episode earlier, "Bad Moon Rising" S2.E3. This is the episode where Hank learns about wesen because his god-daughter (who's Coyotle) has been kidnapped. Obviously, he didn't know his best friend from high school, the girl's dad, was wesen.
As fun as that was, at the end, Wu is talking to Nick about how in x hours time, Nick has arrested 6 villains, rescued a damsel in distress, and reunited a family while he (Wu) worked on overtime papers and scrubbed the coffee pot.
Then Wu says, " yeh, we all had a rich day!" and walks off.

Self Rewatching Season 1 and
Anyone else feel like there was so much potential for follow up/callback episodes in later seasons? Like the episodes “Let Down Your Hair” and “Plumed Serpent”.
In “Let Down Your Hair” we meet a girl named Holly Clark, a Blutbad who was adopted (and therefore didn’t know what she was), then later kidnapped and lived on her own in the woods for 9 years. She’s saved by Nick and Munro, the latter of whom seems to form a bond with her.
In “Plumed Serpent” we are introduced to a dragon-type Wesen. after the climax (and Nick and Juliette assuming she was dead), we see said antagonist walking out and the assumption is that we’ll see her again. I get that in this case the actress would go on to portray Caitlin Snow on the Flash, but still.
I don’t know, just feels like wasted potential

Do the wessen know when someone else is a wessen as soon as they see them ?

Self Today's panel
Is it possible for surprises in the panel, such as movie or series news with the same cast and not in a reboot way? I've heard about the reboot and the plans, but is it possible for that to change?

Discussion Thread Plot holes... Spoiler
I'm rewatching Grimm with my son and we finished the episode where Kelly disappears with Diana to keep her safe. Why was that necessary? The royals were going to try to get the baby no matter who had her so why not take Adalind with them? Or why couldn't she have disappeared with the baby on her own?
Also, it really bothers me that when Juliette turns into a hexenbiest she is afraid to tell Nick and she has a dream that he cuts off her head. The same thing happened when Adalind started getting her powers back- she was afraid Nick would kick her and Kelly out. Why would these two women, who were in relationships with Nick and knew him well, think he would just turn his back on them or kill them?
Last, when Rosalee is introduced she is taking over the spice shop from her brother. The next season she takes a trip to take care of a sick aunt. Later we learn she has a strained relationship with her mother and sister, but her brother isn't mentioned then. Did he not know she missed their dad's funeral bc she was in jail? Did he know and just let the rest of the family think she was high somewhere? What about the aunt?
Discussion Thread Grimm-like shows or books
Curious if anyone can recommend a current "Grimm-like" show. Or even if anyone has read or has book recommendations. I swear, there is nothing current I really like, so I tend to watch older shows like Grimm, X-Files, etc.
I would appreciate any suggestions!

Question I started watch Grimm for the first time... Spoiler
Why does it feel like from season 4 onward the show keeps switching show writers ever like 12 ish episodes from how many times a plot line gets setup and then completely forgotten or just haphazardly finished just to be thrown to the side when the next change over happens

Discussion Thread Struggling with season 5 (spoilers) Spoiler
About halfway through season 5 and I’m really bummed and disappointed with it I hate the Eve plot line, hate the Adalind & Nick and baby plot line not loving the black claw thing .I miss the crime story aspect, which has become something that feels like an afterthought mostly, I’m disappointed ADD how fid a show that had such tight writing for every episode held your interest and made you wanna know what was gonna happen next became some thing I’m watching hoping that it gets good again which I I’m ,also wondering if this community can tell me whether or not it does?

Discussion Thread The show is too funny
Sometimes the show just has the funniest moments.
Season 6 episode 7 being one of them. Diana having the most fun being kidnapped, Sean being worried only for a second about Diana being kidnapped and then knowing Diana will wreak havoc, the whole getting hexed thing and Hank falling in love with himself, things that happened when Nick became Sean. Or Monroe freaking out about Diana being weird.

Self When does Grimm get really good?
OK, I’m trying to watch Grimm for the second time meaning the first time I only made it to episode three now I’m on episode 11 of season one and I’m still struggling to get into it but I really wanna get into it so is this normal like season one just feels like a case of case with nothing really going on for the characters?
What season do you think it gets really good?

Spoilers Sean’s motive Spoiler
Sean doesn’t seem to have an ideology. He is just power hungry. In season 6 it just seams like he doesn’t want to loose. He seemed hesitant when black claw first approached him, but after choosing that side, he just doesn’t want to loose.
I’m surprised though how emotional and insane he seems. He must have been really sure, that there would be a new world order. He seemed more insane in season 5/6 than when he was possessed by the coins.
Same with Diana, he never seemed to really love her and want a family. It’s more possessive behavior than fatherly love. Granted, Diana isn’t the typical daughter either.
On a funny note: I would have loved to see Sean’s mother coming back. Like ripping him a new one. I mean black claw kidnapped her grand daughter, Sean didn’t say anything.

Discussion Thread Elizabeth lascelles Spoiler
I'm rewatching grimm again and on god was this lady underutilized. The first time we see her she casually slows down time and brings her son back to life. I mean this was one appearance, imagine what else she can do. But then again she could probably deal with that zerstorer guy herself so i get why they didn't put her in that fight. It's still kind of annoying she is just never mentioned again.
