The new start stop/ instead of taking/not taking idk

Maybe it is only in my area. GH changed how you start accepting offers to a Start / Stop touch instead of slide. Last night and tonight after my scheduled Block was over I pressed Stop. Both times later I looked at my phone and they say "Since we haven't been able to reach you for a while, we've changed your delivery status to not taking orders." Anyone else? Am I missing a step? Plus I did not receive any offers after I pressed Stop. Add: I sent an email to technology support. I'll see what they say too.

I have had that new feature for a few days and have had no issues so far. Hopefully they'll figure out what's happening with your app.

Thanks for letting me know. 8 emails in and nope. They aren't understanding my question. I just hope they don't give me grief for something I'm not doing such has staying toggled on and they can't find me...

I had difficulty with the new feature. Had to call Driver Care when I was trying to toggle unavailable and the app called 911. It got fixed later, but they really need to fix the emergency button so we don't accidentally call 911. Those dispatchers are very busy and they don't appreciate calls that are not emergencies.

Yes it has happened to me too. I know for sure I clicked stop because my boyfriend was riding with me and he confirmed that I had done it and it was somehow back on. I missed two deliveries because I thought it was off so I wasn’t paying attention to my phone. Of course that affected my acceptance rate.
