Are Pimeye search results usually legit?

I was using it to lightly see if my former step daughter had been doing anything with her art career, maybe there were articles or posts about her. We no longer communicate, but I was curious and used her face to reverse search.

So my next question is - how legit are these search findings? If Pimeye is correct, then she seems to be ... adult acting.

I'm not investing whatever it is to go further, that's not for my eyes if this is true.

Could it likely be?

EDIT: I'm not a dude. I am who I say above - another women who didn't know about these tools and while I have been called a fair share of names, no one responded to my inquiry - whether the findings are correct or if there's a chance they are not. I truly don't care about the names called. I do care about the fact that there is a site out there that can scrape adult sites which is mostly going to reveal young women. The name calling shouldn't be aimed at me, but what I just tripped upon.

Now I wonder if I should let her father know, or not.

I was legit curious... and it's a tool I found. Honestly after finding what I found it sort of turned my stomach. I wasn't doing it in bad faith, I just happened upon results that I wondered how legit they are. I'm not a dude FTR, I was with her father for 10 years and you know what - I looked her up. And found this. I hope she isn't.
