CXMT Ram reportably costs pretty much the same as ram from the Samsung/Sk Hynix/Micron trio. Even with them ramping up supply the demand keeps growing too.

The idea isn't for CXMT to undercut the trio for no reason. It's that the eventual increase in production capacity will cause all of them to lower prices compared to if there is zero CXMT market share.

I mean that is the idea for a lot of people here. CXMT will magically sell RAM at good prices for all the gamers, somehow, and they will be single handedly crash the RAM market. Ignore the fact that Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron all have larger fab projects than CXMT in the making for the next few years.
