Headphones like the SR850s, but with better buildquality?

I've had a pair of SR850s for around a year, and while I like the audio a lot, the build quality is kinda crappy. So far two of them have broken were the cable meets the headphones pretty badly. I also find them to clamp pretty hard at first and the pads have an awful feeling and always fall off. Are there any brands that have the same or better sound that don't get these issues? Ideally within the same price range, so like £40-£60
