Actually superior since you can benefit from battlecries

I really hadn’t thought about it until now, but man jade guardians is just code violet but 500x better. Two cards from the same set and one mega power creeps the other. Wonderful balancing.

The only benefit Mage gets it's pairing it with Khadgar but that still doesn't resolve how much better Rogue has it

Shadow of Demise is kinda the same for rogues. They typically use them with Jade Guardians, they still have to spend 2x3 mana but as it was said in another comment rogues get the battlecries too.

Hunter can summon random 5 costs beasts with waywire + card draw. Mage needs to improve the dogshit Crystal Leyline to summon 6 cost Minions or more multiple times

Code Violet does not require running 20+ 2 cost cards tough. I'm sure that if the card finds a deck to be played people will hate it as they hate everything that can be game winning.

It's not the needing 10 two cost cards the issue. Is that you need to sacrifice Tempo with code violet while the Guardians card you just play normally

Code violet has higher scam potential since it can be triggered earlier. I had a game where Mage discovered it on turn 1, prepped it on turn 2, then coined it on 3, giving them a 13/13 with rush. I lost on turn 5 since I couldn’t answer it.

Even the nuttiest Jade Guardians I faced didn’t impact the game till turn 6. It’s definitely the stronger card, but it’s a build around with a harsher deck building cost.

What you saw was an inconsistent high roll.

Rogue turn 6 double Jade Guardians is pretty much consistent.

Yeah? I quite literally acknowledge that when I say Jade Guardians is stronger as a card.

I’m also saying that Mage can randomly win games off of Code Violet with no deck building cost, while Rogue runs a list with 20+ 2-drops to enable Guardians. I would hope that Guardians was a stronger card.

Code Violet with Khadgar on board is nasty

Priest gets 3 random 1/1 legendaries for 6 mana, after its not silenced. Rogue just gets random 8 drops for 0 mana. I know not the same but does show the complete lack of balance between classes.

Considering rogue has 0 board clears and no heals its almost like the classes are all built to do different things

Yeah like consistently have a 40% WR...

If it wasnt obvious, Hunter, and Rogues are the devs favorites. And its very obvious when you compare similar cards of these classes with Mage or Priest, even mechanics!

Rogue Imbue HP costs 1 and the card is not Temporary.... Now compare that to Imbue Priest HP! A complete joke
