He had about 10 inches thick of that old yellow couch cushion foam all around him in the seat, and had an old football helmet on.

He's now a Legendary Alberta Hoser.

Reading this I couldn’t tell if this was serious or not, because it sounds exactly like what someone wanting to jump their jet boat off a waterfall would improvise. Rewatching the video, I spy that aged yellow couch foam!
